Itinerary

  • Day 1 – arrival at Zadar airport. Transfer from the airport in Zadar to the hotel in Biograd (35 minutes max). 
  • Day 2 – Nature Park Vrana Lake hiking tour (lunch in Maškovića Han)
    Hiking length: 9,6 km; elevation: +316 m / -45 m; average walking time: 2h30min
    Transfer by bus to the starting point, 20-25 minutes. Explore the stunning landscapes of Vransko Lake Nature Park on this scenic walking tour. The trail leads from the Prosika entrance, where you will enjoy panoramic views, peaceful nature, and a cultural touch with a visit to the historic Maškovića Han. The endpoint is the spectacular viewpoint of Kamenjak. Photo Stop at Kamenjak: enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Vransko Lake, the Adriatic Sea, and the nearby islands – a perfect moment to rest and take memorable photos. After the hike, a short bus ride will take you to Maškovića Han to have lunch. The tour concludes with a relaxing lunch at Maškovića Han, a beautifully restored 17th-century Ottoman inn where you can enjoy authentic local cuisine in a unique historical setting.

  • Day 3 – Pašman island hiking tour (lunch on the island of Pašman)

    This hiking/walking tour combines a short ferry ride with an easy hike on Pašman Island, offering great sea views and a relaxed island atmosphere. The tour starts with a 5-minute walk from Hotel Ilirija to the ferry port in Biograd na Moru. A 10-minute ferry ride takes us across the Pašman Channel to Tkon village on Pašman Island. From Tkon, we start our guided hike along quiet island paths, passing through pine forests and olive groves with open views of the Adriatic Sea. After the hike, we return to Tkon for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, enjoy some free time to explore the village or relax by the sea before we return to Biograd by ferry. The tour ends with the ferry ride back to Biograd and an easy walk to the hotel.
  • Day 4 – Paklenica National Park hiking tour (lunch in the city of Starigrad)
    Hiking length: 11,7 km;  elevation: +438 m / -438 m; average walking time: 4h
    Transfer by bus to the starting point, 60-65 minutes. This hiking tour takes you through the impressive Velika Paklenica canyon, one of the most popular hiking areas in Croatia, located in the heart of Paklenica National Park. Explore the beauty of Paklenica National Park on a scenic hike through Velika Paklenica canyon. The trail follows a mountain stream, surrounded by impressive rock walls and untouched nature, all the way to the Paklenica mountain hut. This is a moderately challenging hike, about 12 kilometers in total, with an elevation gain of 400 meters and a total duration of around four to five hours. It’s a perfect choice for nature lovers and active hikers looking for a relaxed but rewarding day in the outdoors. The trail is easy to follow and offers great canyon views along the way, making it one of the most popular hiking routes in the park.

  • Day 6 – Zadar walking tour (lunch in Zadar)
    Walking length: 7,2 km; elevation: +53 m / -49 m; average walking time: 2h
    Transfer by bus to the starting point 35 minutes. This walking route offers a perfect blend of Zadar’s urban charm and beautiful coastal scenery. The tour starts in the historic city center, guiding you through Zadar’s charming streets, past its famous landmarks, and towards the peaceful seaside promenades. As you walk, you can enjoy a mix of cultural highlights and open sea views, with plenty of opportunities to stop, explore, and take in the surroundings. The total distance is approximately 7.8 kilometers with a gentle elevation gain of 86 meters, making it a pleasant and easy walk suitable for most participants. The route combines urban pathways with relaxing waterfront sections and city parks, offering a great way to experience both the pulse
    of the city and the calm of the Adriatic coast. After lunch free time in the city. Late afternoon departure for hotel by bus transfer (30 minutes).
  • Day 7 – Krka National Park hiking tour (lunch in Skradin)
    Hiking length: 10,3 km; elevation: +135 m / -148 m; average walking time: 3h30min
    Transfer by bus to the starting point, 60 minutes. This walking tour offers a beautiful combination of nature, local tradition, and relaxed exploration. The route begins in Skradin, a charming riverside town at the entrance of Krka National Park. From here, we follow a scenic walking path along the Krka River towards one of the park’s most famous attractions – the Skradinski Buk waterfalls. The walk is peaceful and easy, surrounded by lush greenery and calm river views. After approximately 3,5 kilometers, we reach the waterfall complex, where you will have time to explore the wooden paths and viewpoints, take photos, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. After the visit, we walk back to Skradin along the same route.
    The experience ends with a well-deserved lunch in a local tavern in Skradin, a picturesque town near the river Krka.
  • Day 8 – Departure for Zadar airport
    Transfer from the hotel in Biograd to Zadar airport (35 minutes max.).
